To activate your ShapeShifters account, you can get started by signing up for the free 30-day trial by entering your email address and creating a password for your account.
If you haven’t set a password or you forgot it and need to reset, simply click here and enter your email address. You will then receive an email providing you with instructions on how to reset your password.
The ShapeShifters Membership costs 12.95 US per month plus tax.
(If you subscribe to ShapeShifters App on your iOS or Android device, all charges will be managed through your Apple App Store account or Play Store account, respectively) The ShapeShifters mobile app is not available yet.
If you subscribe to ShapeShifters via web, all charges will be managed through your Member profile.

After signing up with auto-renewal (you entered your payment info at trial signup), your plan will auto-renew if you do not cancel before the end of your trial.
Since the ShapeShifters Membership offers full access to all the there is no need to purchase multiple plans.
You can cancel your ShapeShifters Membership at any time. Go to your Member Account and select Cancel Membership. They confirm the cancellation. After canceling your membership, you will retain access to your membership until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate your membership at any time after canceling by logging into your account.
All ShapeShifters Memberships recur on a monthly basis until they are canceled in accordance with ShapeShifters Membership Terms. Billing occurs at the beginning of the Membership cycle and provides unlimited access for one month thereafter.
If you need to take a short break due to traveling, injury, illness, relocation, pregnancy, or any other reason, you can pause your Membership for 1, 2, or 3 months. The pause will start at the end of your current billing cycle. While your Membership is paused, you won't be billed but also will not have access to on-demand classes. At the end of your designated pause, your Membership will automatically reactivate. You can also un-pause at any time. Please note that your Membership can only be paused in full-month increments.
To update your credit card information, click here to sign in to your account and update your card on file. We can only accept payments from a credit, debit, or prepaid card that is associated with a billing address.
